Love Yourself to Love your life

In today's machine life we are more and more becoming like machines. Every thing we think, we do or even want is so "automated". We are increasingly becoming a Robo Society. I am sure there are people who may not agree with my point of view but I also know there are people who will agree with me too.
Look around ourselves, the Society we are living in, people are getting unhappier every day, the value of live, family and love is diminishing so fast that should worry all of us. Now a days most people are just worry about money, jobs, careers, but not a whole lot about love, companionship or caring. Every one is looking for Quick Fix for every problem. No body wants to get to the root of issues because most of the people are so much frustrated that they don't even want to know the root. They rather ignore it, move on or just get rid of the person instead of the issue. We are becoming increasingly a Lonely Society.
If we want to change that, if we want to get into that Happy family relationship we got to start loving our selves first before we can love any one else. It starts right here, within ourselves.
